Salthouse Catering is excited to offer a wide selection of Gourmet to Go menus that are available for delivery or pickup from our James Island kitchen.  Easy, online ordering. Order in advance as blackout dates may apply.

Perfect for the smaller event settings, these menus feature a variety of ready to serve, chef prepared items to bring Salthouse to your house. Designed to travel and hold well, these menus make entertaining a breeze.

The Gourmet to Go Cocktail Party menu offers a variety of bountiful Cocktail Boards, homemade Mini Biscuits, savory Appetizers, Snacks and More to make you look like the host(ess) with the mostest. NEW- we now offer the option to purchase a beautiful real wood board that you can keep and re-use.

Check out our Family Style Dinners designed to make feeding a group easy and delicious. Each of our family style menus feature a customized Charcuterie Board, fresh Salad, 2 Side Items, 2 Proteins and a breadbasket for nice variety and wide appeal. Meal items are fully cooked with reheating or finishing instructions for best quality.

Our A La Carte Dinner Menu offers gourmet Salads, Sides, Vegetables, Proteins and More designed to feed groups of 6 or larger. Customize your menu with crowd favorites like our fresh Salthouse Salad, classic Potato Gratin and Pan Seared Local Fish with Candied Carrot Coulis. All items are ready to reheat and serve with finishing instructions provided. Add a Salthouse Bread Basket and some Bakery Fresh Desserts to complete the meal!

Salthouse’s in-house pastry chef offers a wide array of Bakery Fresh Desserts. Whole Cakes and Pies are available as well as a delicious assortment of Petite Desserts, Truffles and NEW Mini Hand Pies.

The Breakfast + Brunch menu offers delicious options to start your day. Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits, House Smoked Salmon, Mini Quiche and Mini Yogurt Parfaits will make your brunch service complete.

We also offer Gourmet Sandwiches + Salads for groups of 12 or more featuring hearty House Made Sandwiches, fresh Entree Salads, Side Items and Dessert. Choose from Boxed Lunches or Family Style Plattered Meals to best suit your group needs.

THE FINE PRINT

• Please order with as much notice as possible, but no less than 72 business hours in advance.  Certain black out dates may apply.

• We offer FREE delivery within 10 miles of our location ($250 order minimum).  Delivery may be available to areas further out (fees quoted based on distance).  

• Pick up is available from the Salthouse Kitchen on James Island.

• 18% service charge applies to all online orders. This fee covers staffing/management of the program, disposable ware (platters, lids & aluminum pans) as well as credit card fees (which are not more than what we pay for credit card processing).

• Disposable chafers, serving utensils, high quality disposable plates, flatware and napkins are all available for purchase with your order. *disposable service utensils are included with our cocktail platters ONLY.

• Options for weekend pick up or delivery are subject to availability. 

• Pricing is subject to change as our food and supply costs continue to rise.
