Our name comes from two very simple words that strike at the heart of who we are and what we do.

SALT: WHAT WE SERVE

Salt is essential to the human diet. The only rock we eat, it is the oldest and most ubiquitous seasoning in food around the world and a basic human taste. It is critical to our survival. It has also shaped civilization from its very beginning. A substance so valuable at times in human history, it served as currency, influenced trade routes, provoked and financed wars. Our food is enhanced with salt to produce the tastiest dishes possible for your most special occasions.

HOUSE: HOW WE SERVE

A House is shelter, a comforting and familiar place, a place where people come together to share, inspire, create and live their lives. Home is where we break bread and share meals together.
