A Menu Refresh!

Our talented, hard-working culinary team is always searching for creative ways to surprise, delight and satisfy our clients.

Whether it’s a new interactive element like roving oyster shuckers or a refresh of our extensive menu selections, there’s always something new cooking at Salthouse (literally and figuratively!). After nearly two years of recipe testing, tweaking, and perfecting, we’re thrilled to officially debut a variety of brand new additions to our catering menu!

Guests will enjoy new vegetarian options like Roasted Ratatouille and Cheese Tortellini, new protein dishes featuring Grilled Elk Loin Filet and a savory Braised Pork Shank, colorful new dishes like Butterfly Pea Risotto with Seared Scallops and new salads with farm fresh ingredients such as the Beet and Burrata Salad, Red Leaf Lettuce Salad and a new Caprese Panzanella Salad. From savory main courses to fresh, easy-to-eat small bites, our new offerings have something for everyone to enjoy.

Take a peek:

It’s easy for costs creep up when feeding a crowd, but our culinary team found delicious new ways to create price-effective options that don’t compromise on flavor or visual impact. Fresh, seasonal food shouldn’t have to break your event's budget and we’re proud that our new offerings maximize on taste while minimizing cost.

Thoughtful consideration was also given to incorporating more allergen-friendly options for those with dietary restrictions and preferences. You’ll see that the menu now designates which dishes are vegetarian (V), vegan (VE), gluten free (GF) or dairy free (DF) and also notes which items contains nuts.

We’re excited to create new culinary experiences for you this year and look forward to incorporating these dishes into your next event.
