Executive Chef Todd Mazurek brings his restaurant experience to the catering world. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Chef Mazurek trained under several local chefs before embarking on his own adventure. With a style uniquely his own, Chef Todd continues to wow guests with his culinary creations. Bold, adventurous cuisine highlighted by the freshest ingredients is a hallmark of his craftsmanship.
Tanya Gurrieri drives the company forward through sales, marketing and relationships. She is a native Charlestonian who takes food very seriously. Her event experience ranges from million dollar fundraisers to intimate private dinners and parties of all sizes in between. Growing up and then developing a strong career within the community brings her a familiarity with the local history, traditions and the people who make Charleston so special.

ONCE YOU HAVE A PROPOSED MENU WITH US AND WE HAVE AGREED THAT IT'S A GOOD FIT FOR YOUR NEEDS AND SALTHOUSE TO WORK TOGETHER, WE ARE HAPPY TO EXECUTE A TASTING FOR YOU. WHILE WE DO HAVE SOME RULES IN PLACE FOR DAYS, TIMES, NUMBER OF GUESTS AND MENU ITEMS, WE WANT YOU TO HAVE THE CONFIDENCE THAT OUR FOOD WILL WOW YOUR GUESTS. WE CHARGE $25 PER PERSON FOR TASTINGS WITHOUT A CONTRACT IN PLACE. IF YOU BOOK OUR SERVICES, THAT FEE GOES TOWARDS THE TOTAL BILL.
OUR WELL TRAINED STAFF IS IN ALL BLACK WITH LONG BISTRO APRONS. WE WANT THEM TO BLEND IN AND LOOK POLISHED AND PROFESSIONAL.
BY CALLING OR EMAILING TANYA TO GET STARTED WITH YOUR PLANNING TODAY. ONCE THERE IS A PROPOSED MENU IN PLACE AND YOU WANT TO CONFIRM OUR SERVICES, WE'LL SEND YOU A BOOKING AGREEMENT THAT IS RETURNED WITH DEPOSIT TO BOOK YOUR EVENT. PLANNING PROGRESSES FROM THERE AND WE'RE WITH YOU FOR EACH STEP UNTIL THE PARTY IS OVER AND FOLLOW UP COMPLETED.
